How to Fix Elementor Popup Scrolling Issue Causing Page to Scroll to Footer

If your Elementor popup is unexpectedly scrolling the page down to the footer when triggered, you’re not alone. This issue affects many websites and can be frustrating for users. Instead of staying in their original position after closing the popup, they find themselves stuck at the bottom of the page.

How to Fix the Elementor Popup Scrolling Issue

Fortunately, fixing this problem is simple! The issue is caused by the Accessible Navigation setting in Elementor Popups, which you can disable with just a few clicks.

Steps to Fix the Problem:

  1. Open your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Templates > Popups.
  3. Select the popup that’s causing the scrolling issue.
  4. Open the Advanced Settings tab.
  5. Locate Accessible Navigation and turn it off.
  6. Click Save Changes.

That’s it! Your Elementor popup should now work properly without forcing the page to scroll to the footer.
